iii. You will need a boat — a heterotopia (“par excellence”¹) with which to reach utopia. Also a map, a compass, an ocean to cross and a shore from which to launch. Or perhaps a coiled jetty, like Tatlin’s Tower seen from space, unfurling towards the horizon.
